The same cultural dynamics that shape political polarisation increasingly affect organisations: employees, customers and stakeholders now operate inside algorithmically shaped identity ecosystems.

Alongside research work, I collaborate with companies and institutions seeking to understand how AI-driven cultural dynamics and algorithmic amplification affect their operating environments.

Advisory Roles and Institutional Engagement

I serve on the Board of Directors of CAMINO, a Colombian social change agency working at the intersection of culture, identity and civic transformation. I contribute as Senior Expert Consultant to the Boston Center's Otros Ojos initiative, providing advisory on social cohesion and the creative development of scripts and narratives presented by major film studios.
